Is my hair dry or damaged?

How is this different from conditioning at home?
It is a separate 45-minute salon booking. Ask which product and process will be used, what benefit is realistic and which home care is appropriate. The service name alone does not establish how it compares with your own conditioner.
How long will the result last?
Ask your artist for an estimate for the specific product and your hair. Results and duration vary; there is no fixed number of weeks or repeat-booking interval that applies to every treatment.
Can I add it to a haircut or colour appointment?
Ask the salon to include both services when booking. The treatment has its own 45-minute booking slot. Confirm that the artist has enough time and that the final price includes the services you want.
