A beard is fifteen minutes and $15. The length comes down, the shape gets corrected, and the cheek and neck lines are cleaned up so the edges look decided rather than wherever the growth happened to stop.
Most of what makes a beard look untidy is not the length. It is the lines. A neck line too high makes a full beard look thin, one left too low makes it look forgotten, and a ragged cheek line undoes a good trim inside a week.

We ask where the lines go
How much length comes off, how high the cheek line sits, and where the neck line goes. If you are growing it out, say so — the answer then is to take very little and tidy the edges.

The length comes down
The bulk is brought to the length you asked for and evened out through the sides and the chin, so it sits at one deliberate weight instead of three.

The lines get cut
Cheek line, neck line, and the edge under the moustache. This is what decides whether the beard still looks sharp in two weeks, so it gets the patience.

Checked straight on
Both sides are checked against each other from the front before you are out of the chair. Anything sitting uneven gets fixed then rather than found by you in the car.
Line-ups, and where the edges sit.
A beard line-up is the edge work — the cheek line above the beard, the neck line below it, and the border around the moustache. It is part of the beard service, not a separate charge.
Where those lines go is your decision. A higher cheek line reads sharper and needs redoing sooner; a lower one holds longer. The neck line is the one most often placed wrong, and once it is cut too high there is nothing to do but wait, which is why your artist asks first. Bring a photo, or just say what annoyed you about the last trim.

Beard Colouring — $20, 30 minutes. Booked as its own service rather than bolted onto the trim, because colour needs time the 15-minute slot does not have.

15 minutes. It is a real booking with a held slot, and it is enough time for the length, the shape and both lines. With a haircut it is 45 minutes in total.
Do you do beard line-ups and shaping?
Yes. The cheek line and the neck line are part of the beard service, not an extra charge. Tell your artist where you want the neck line to sit and how high up the cheek you want the line taken. That decision changes how the whole beard reads, so it gets made before anything is cut rather than after.
Can I add a beard to my haircut?
Yes. Booked together it is Haircut & Beard — 45 minutes, from $50, and the most-booked service on the men's side. Ask for it when you book so the extra time is held. If you decide once you are in the chair, ask then — whether it fits depends on what is in the book after you.
Do you colour beards?
Yes. Beard Colouring is $20 and takes 30 minutes. It is booked as its own service rather than added to the 15-minute trim, because the colour needs the extra time. How dark you go is agreed with your artist before anything is applied.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do take walk-ins, but please call 431-844-5500 first to check availability before coming in. A beard is a short appointment, so there is often room — but every chair is booked by name, and one call tells you whether your artist is free before you drive over.
Beard work is done by Karan and Noor at $15, and by RV, founder and lead artist, at $20. You choose your artist when you book.
